Who we are |
Kids Helping Kids is an entirely student-run, official 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization lead by the most progressive and passionate students at Dana Hills High School in Orange County. We work to help fellow kids in need.

What we do |
The ultimate goal of Kids Helping Kids is to invest in the lives of kids needing socioeconomic and physical support, both locally and nationally; in order to provide the children of our community with educational opportunities that they may not have access too without our support. We do this in a variety of ways, Kids Helping Kids is involved in events in the community and produces a series of events such as a car show, bake sales, concerts, and restaurant nights. We also raise funds through sponsorships, visiting and speaking to both local and national businesses, in order to form partnerships and spread the mission of Kids Helping Kids.

Why we do it |
Everyone has different reasons and motivations for joining Kids Helping Kids, but the overwhelming reason is that we have a passion and desire to help others who are less fortunate. Our organization is a family; we help each other grow and push each other to always do our best. Having this opportunity to help others allows us to extend our family. We take what we learn in the classroom and use it to improve the quality of life of kids, and in turn their families, locally and globally in an experience that cannot be equaled anywhere else. It provides us students not only with life-long and life-changing memories, experiences, and rewards of running a nonprofit, but also with mastery of real-life applications of the principles of economics.
